The on-site manager was incredibly helpful, and ensure I got the best deal possible. Highly recommend this facility!

I've been a customer over a year now of this particular location. I've only dealt with Chris, but his customer service is always above and beyond! If I ask a question, he has a quick and knowledgeable answer. If I need help and ask for it, he's always given more than I've asked for. The facility itself is also well-kept, well-lit, and all of the units have easy accessibility. Wide hallways also help move your items in and out. The other facilities I toured before landing on this one did not come close to how this facility is kept. I've gone through 2 moves while having this as my storage facility and have never thought of moving to another location or company. Customer service and cleanliness are rare nowadays so this is definitely a hidden gem.

Fantastic spot for storage! The management at this location is truly five star! I have two units with ExtraSpace Storage and I've been renting on and off with them for almost 20 years now. This location is top shelf. The care of the staff at this location really go over and above to accommodate. Regarding the previous review with one star is not fair complaining on how the storage facility increases the rate from time to time. Myself, having been a long-term renter at ExtraSpace Storage and others storage facilities have experienced they all operate with similar pricing models. I own and operate a convention planning company and constantly fill hotels and resorts all over the world with conference and convention business. I'm basically putting heads in beds. The way these storage facilities operate their business models are very similar to how hotels, airlines, and car rental companies operate their pricing models. They all adjust pricing comesurate to increased operating costs, high market demand, and a strategy to align with current market rates among their competitors. While hotels, airlines and car rental companies practice this revenue management strategy on a daily basis, Storage facilities only do it on a quarterly basis or maybe on a semi-annual basis. So to complain about storage rates increasing should not be looked upon as some "bait and switch" situation as insinuated by a previous reviewer.

I've had a storage unit here for over 2 years and we Love it the staff is always friendly and the storage facility is clean. We were at another Extra Space Storage place moved to this one so we have been with them for over 4 years. I would highly recommend this place.
