My experience with this type of business is the worst. Only three months after moving in or renting this space, they raised the rent without warning. The person who initially helped me is very despotic, as if he didn't care about anything. Now that I'm moving my things out, it turns out there are a lot of rats and they don't do anything about it. The truth is, if they want to rent a space, I'll leave it to their discretion, but I won't rent in this place again

Jazlanay GibsonI've recently rented from them, I felt a little behind on my storage payments and when I was finally able to go and make the payment I was told that my storage unit was auctioned off I wasn't sent any appropriate notification when I called and spoke to a worker. They told me that there's nothing that they can do. My stuff is already gone. I'm waiting on Corporate call so I will come back to update you guys and let you know the next. I'm very hurt because me and my kids important papers are now gone.
