Online reservation easy
I chose this facility mainly because they offered the size I needed at a price that was more reasonable than others. The online resevation & payment process was a breeze & I appreciate that. I only have one issue right now & that is how to exit from my unit location through the gate without having to do a 3 point turn & back up to maneuver up to the keypad
Quick 5 minute process to store our RV
Plenty of space to move RV in. Will be an easy out when we need to pick it up.

Location is great for the west suburbs. Mike really covers everything from start to finish the grounds are clean...the photos don't do it justice!

I was promised a refund for my unit lock, since I already had one. Never received after giving it back. Not sure what happened to these units, used to be great 2-3 years ago. Staff have become extremely misleading and dishonest. Highly recommend taking business elsewhere. Will never use these units again.
Bryan MarcinkI became a customer At this, Cubesmart in Warrenville this past June, after having to move abruptly. It was very easy to get my storage online. My keys were in my unit without the hassle of having to go to the office during regular hours. I've been to several storage facilities, but this is the first time I've used Cubesmart. The abrupt move has been chaotic and I've had to make quite a few changes. The manager, Ron, Has been helpful, reasonable and accommodating to my needs. I've also dealt with Daisy on site. She has always been friendly and had answers to any question that I had. The service here is great and I recommend this location if you're looking for a drive up unit and don't need climate control
