Everything went smooth and fast. My only comment is that another dolly is needed. I was told that there was one but when I went to load my stuff in the storage unit -- it wasn't around. I checked the other building and it wasn't there either.
The manager on duty when I came was awesome! So helpful and such a friendly personality
Diona was amazing!!!!!!! She took her time with us, answered lots of questions! Definitely went above and beyond to make us feel satisfied! Would definitely recommend this facility!!
The service and everything is great . And the staff is super nice.
I want to thank Sony and Eddie for their excellent customer service and support. They helped me choose the right storage unit and explained everything thoroughly and professionally. The facility is clean, well-managed, and reasonably priced each month. I would definitely recommend this Public Storage location to anyone looking for storage.
Do not rent from this location! I had my furniture stored here for 6 months (April – September) in unit #643. When I went to move everything out on September 25th, the movers immediately noticed severe water damage and mold all over my furniture. The smell was overwhelming, and all of my furniture was unsalvageable. It was not safe to keep. I took photos when I left the unit, and you can clearly see the discolored concrete, water stains, and mold growth on the floor and walls, clear evidence of a leak. This damage destroyed over $7,000 worth of furniture, which all had to be thrown away. My wife and I keep our furniture in pristine condition, this was definitely upsetting as the furniture we had and loved was all gone from the irresponsibility of Public Storage. I am now dealing with Public Storage’s insurance through Sedgwick, which so far feels like a joke. They told me mold is only covered up to $350 unless I can prove it was caused by water damage (which is $5,000), despite the obvious signs of leaks in the unit. If they refuse to cover the damages properly, I will have no choice but to pursue legal action. Even if I get the whole amount of $5,000 everything costs so much more now and I paid, and I cannot even get the same furniture that I had and loved. The damages well exceed $5,000. This place is not climate controlled as advertised, and my experience proves they cannot keep units safe from leaks. If you value your belongings, do not rent here. I will update this review and share my full experience publicly once the insurance situation is resolved. If you happen to be in storage unit 643 or near it, RUN!!!!!
Sony & Erin truly deserve five stars! Their customer service was exceptional from start to finish. Both were incredibly knowledgeable, helpful, and courteous throughout the entire process. They answered all my questions with patience, made sure I understood everything clearly, and went above and beyond to ensure I had a smooth and positive experience. I’m genuinely grateful for their professionalism and support. Highly recommend working with Sony & Erin!
Sony is fantastic! She is always kind and cheerful, and provides the personal service that one doesn't often see today.
I highly recommend you avoid this place. There’s never anyone on site when help is needed. You call the office and no one ever picks up or returns your calls. I started off at $330ish and now I’m paying close to $500. Mind you, the price just increases without notice. For the price we’re paying for a bogus space…the least you can offer is better customer service.
