It's so hard to find great customer service these days and Kelly has always shown us that there are still caring people in business! She has always taken the time to listen to us and explain in great detail what we need to know. She is never without a smile on her face and is just an all around sweet person. She recently went out of her way to help fix a problem that we had and within 20 minutes was calling us to let us know she had it all taken care of! She truly is one of a kind!

CNW1025This is the second year in a row that I get above and beyond customer service at this location. You read the reviews and you hear a name mentioned multiple times, Khalilah, you figure its gotta be all made up, no one can have that many good reviews. Well its actually true. I got to work with Khalilah and she is every bit as professional and detail oriented as the other reviews state. She has been doing this a long time and knows the business. She was able to help me with my 2 units and worked with me through some website issues we were having. If I called and left a voicemail, I always got a call back from Khalilah and that is a crazy rare thing these days. Hillcrest is a great facility in the world of PS as I have been to some garbage ones before. I will come back to this facility every time I need storage, thank you Khalilah for proving that there are still some good people out there.
