Spent over 14K storing my mother's antiques here after she died. Indoors, climate controlled. They constantly jacked the rent and so we had invested a lot of money and time moving the belongings there and were hard pressed to relocate them again. A lot of times we'd see water in the property and actually saw it coming out of one of the units. Well, we moved out of the property this month and found all our belongings covered in mold and mildew. The walls had mildew too. I asked the manager what they were willing to do about it and she said nothing, "you have private insurance". Why does my private insurance have to cover their negligence and poor care of the property. Do not use this place.

Been renting a unit at this place for about 6 months came on a Sunday to drop off some stuff. Looks like they had seal coat done on their drive ways so they put a letter at the entrance that access was limited so I park on the side if the street an started to unload and walk to the gate put my code gate open but to my surprise im trapped inside there's no working door to get out the gate at the other side won't open and all doors are chained up which is honestly a safety concern. I called the main office and nothing had to call their main agency and was told doors wouldn't open cause they are newly installed but they are they just chained up so now I sit here waiting to be let out if even possible cause the support agent said to wait 15 minutes for someone to show up but its been already 30 minutes. Definitely will report to the village cause thats beyond insulting is a safety and life threatening concern

Scam. $500 a month for 10x25. Not even an outlet for power. Can raise rent on one week notice. No ability to pay one month at a time. They can raise your rent and charge you for two months in one payment then auction the unit if you don’t pay. Fight against this type of business. Not good for America.

I was given false information, yes your payment will be due mid month, moved in mid month. I figured I will be one step ahead and gave early payment. Turns out they treat it like a monthly rent. 1st of month rent was due. I got forced into paying insurance, light and some other stuff they added. So upset, single mom trying my best, stuck for now. Not worth unless you have rental insurance and move in by 1st of month. Stealing you money. Seriously
