This facility is very clean, and the staff is friendly. They were the best priced for storing our RV.
Customer Service!! Clean, maintained facility.
First of all - they answer the phone & return calls. Something you would expect from a business, but other facilities I called never pick up the phone and do not return voicemails. No hidden fees. Clean, nicely maintained facility (FYI - next to the police station.) Didn't feel nervous about leaving our RV here.

Access hours are great and the location is next to Plainfield Police so I feel safe with having my belongings here. The reception was very nice and professional I highly recommend this location. Alece O'GradyThis is not low cost storage… we paid for higher cost unit to “lock in longer term price online” within couple months for email raising rate over $40! BUYER BEWARE!!!! First 1.5 months could not get into unit & nobody there they sg they fixed she did not, disappointing service.
