I rent a unit in the Paris Illinois facility. Im currently moving stuff from a smaller one to a bigger unit. DARREN was there today and offered to help and made sure I didn't need anything. He also previously fixed the exit button that was broken and its nice to know that if we need something he is only a phone call away. Thanks Darren for keeping everything nice for the customers!!

Clayton PageThis is a nice place to rent a storage unit. Nice set-up with security and they monitor the place regularly. Its very clean and organized too. The property manager, Darren, is very friendly and helpful. He was very thoughtful and thoroughly answered questions. 5 stars and an A plus.

I told him I was a little irked my rent went up again, he said if I can get it back down to what it was, would that be okay? I said sure and when I see it, you’ll get your review. Richard SpencerGreat place and really good customer service, and if you are looking for security this is the best I've seen, the recent tornado knocked the fence down and not 5 minutes in my unit a gentleman pulled up to explain it was soon to be fixed and offered any help.
