I used this service because I needed a temporary spot to keep my extra gear while moving between cities. The initial sign-up was super easy and the first month was incredibly cheap, which felt like a great deal at the time. However, after just a couple of months, the price jumped up significantly without much warning, making it way more expensive than I had planned for. The facility itself was okay, but the elevators were really slow and one of the side gates was stuck several times when I tried to visit. It’s a fine option if you only need it for a few weeks, but the constant price hikes and minor maintenance issues made it a pretty frustrating experience for anything long-term.

I am being charged for a storage locker that my ex-girlfriend trying vacated, with manager Irene and assistant Chris being the last to access it. Despite reporting the issue, I am still being charged. Is it fair to hold me responsible for these charges? Afterward, I have been attempting to contact the district manager because my stolen items have not been resolved. Please be careful with this property until irene.Leaves don't trust this place. She even living on the property which I was told.No one's supposed to. P.S. i signed up with this lady irene and she told me you cannot rent their property unless you have insurance, now I find out I don't have insurance smh

I am sorry if you’re reading this review and I botch how to spell your name, but Arletta was an absolute pleasure to deal with. This was my first time renting a storage unit and I was somewhat pressed for time. This location has both indoor and outdoor storage and when I arrived no one was available at the indoor facility. I went back to the kiosk of the outdoor facility and Arletta was friendly, patient, and made my feelings about this situation go away. Within about 15 minutes, I had codes, the agreement, paid, and was ready to start storing. They also have 2 loading zones at the indoor facility and carts to move your belongings. The place is clean, well lit, and has cameras all over the place. The one thing that can be improved upon is labeling of where the units are. I highly recommend this public storage.

Delightful and fast experience!!! Cliff was amazing, answered all my questions, showed me the unit and got everything going quickly. The facility is super clean and well kept, as well as 24hr servallence!!!
