Very clean and secure facility
This facility is completely indoors, providing excellent protection from the elements. You enter through a large gate using your code, allowing you to drive your vehicle inside to your unit. From there, you can unload your items right in front of your storage unit or use a cart for smaller units down the hallways. Regardless of rain, heat, or blizzards, youﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢ll stay dry and comfortable while moving your belongings. The facility is very clean, which I appreciate. However, Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢m not a fan of the "one-time $29 administrative fee;" I wish they would consider reducing it, eliminating it, or providing a way to earn it back. Other than that, the prices are reasonable, the facility is great, and the staff is friendly and helpful.

Mariah at the New Lenox location is exceptional and the only reason we remained customers. The >50% price hikes every 3-4 months don't feel legal, honestly. I received a text indicating yet another hike with only 5 days notice before payment was due. Mariah was compassionate and investigated my account and educated me on my options. She, alone gets 5 stars.

Brett Strache5/5 for the service I received-specifically from Mariah. My lock broke and I called the office, which directed me to a different store due to lunch currently being taken. The Mokena storefront called her and she can back quickly from lunch & took care of my issue with ease. That’s greatly appreciated! The price 1/5- started at 43$/month- was on for 16 months with an ending price of 164$/month for the same small unit. On the bright side the app is easy to use also. Just know they will charge you more every 2-3 month and call it due too “market conditions”
