I've had a few storage units over the years for both business and personal use. This is one of best check in experiences I've had. Sarah, the on site manager, was very friendly, helpful and efficient. My unit was very clean and the light in the unit was working (sounds basic but often isn't the case). I'd definitely recommend this location to anyone.
I had a bit of a frustrating experience here, although I myself was partly culpable. I had reserved a 5x5 space online but was unable to pay for it online because the form would not submit. I intended to pay when I visited the location in person. I spoke to a customer service representative named Frank who was very helpful in scheduling an appointment for the next day at 10 AM. So far, so good. Upon hanging up, I receive an e-mail confirming this time. However, in the same instant (literally the same minute), I get an e-mail that reschedules the appointment to 11 AM the day after the originally scheduled date. I see the change in time, but not the change in date. This leads to me showing up at 11 AM on the incorrect date. Had I read the second e-mail more closely, I would have avoided this scenario, but also I have to wonder how it came to be that such a strange mis-scheduling could even have occurred. I realize this in the parking lot, though, so I try to see if I can complete the reservation and get my stuff into the unit over the phone somehow (perhaps a representative could give me a code), but the new representative I get tells me that they don't have any units left at the rate I "reserved" online, so it seems that I was once again misled. I believe all the individuals I interacted with were kind, well-meaning professionals, but that somehow the system they were operating within was somehow buggy. Since I had my tires in my car already, I ended up just going to a different facility where I was able to store them without issue.
In the months I’ve been a customer here, there have been only a few hiccups. Each time, I’ve found my concerns heard and quickly addressed by the facility manager, Adam. Helpful and constructive, Adam proves that an outstanding manager elevates the facility. Recommended.
It was very nice very good experience. I have it the walking in the first time in our office at the person is very helpful. In every answer I satisfy very friendly. I like to come back again in the future.
Very helpful and awesome to work with when down sizing my unit to a smaller one. Made the process very quick and easy. Sairrah had a positive attitude and was very happy to help.
The place is clean, and the staff is helpful and friendly. Sairrah, the manager, was incredible. She has great customer service skills!
