5 STARS ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Amazing service! Truly the best storage option in town! I honestly can't say enough about Secure Storage, this is an amazing facility! Affordable climate controlled units of various sizes. I walked in and was able to reserve a unit on the spot with amazing customer service throughout the entire process. I had the pleasure of meeting one of the owners (Tom) He was super kind and very helpful during the move, making the process much easier. Just a true showcase of phenomenal customer service! It's refreshing and great to see owners that truly care for their customers and take pride in their business! Thank you for a great experience!

I love this place. I rented a smaller unit just to de clutter my house and get some organization. They have very good rates, and sizes to choose from. Most importantly, the service was outstanding. I was able to reserve my unit online very easily and walk in the next day to confirm, and see my unit. I believe Amy was the one who helped me out and she is beyond kind. Not only was she very helpful, but while she set me up we had a pure, genuine conversation. She had such positive energy and is incredibly funny, which is great because I really needed a laugh. She's great at multi tasking too. I also bought a lock. I'm really excited to start using my unit. I highly recommend.

Best storage center in the area! Super affordable, clean, and the units are heated with temperature control. Tom is awesome - super friendly and always helpful. You can even get packages delivered here for free. Highly recommend!

I don't often write reviews, yet feel this facility is deserving for it's outstanding services. I have multiple units here and have used many other storage facilities over the years. My review is fair and unbiased. This is the best run storage facility I have ever rented from. Love the multiple storage options provided. Full Climate control to protect valuable furniture and other items, a heated option without A.C. if preferred, vehicle storage that is very safe and secure, along with a drive in amenity to unpack/pack out of the negative weather elements. Really like how safe and secure the property is protected. In my opinion it's as good as it can be. They have very high quality security cameras for additional protection which provides great piece of mind. I also find it very clean and presentable. A testament to the staff in taking pride in their property. I really like that this is a family run business. And in the most positive ways. The owners and staff treat their customers with kindness and respect, something that is becoming harder to find these days. Very professional environment with the owners present and active. The staff is really amazing as well. Stephanie and Amy are truly professional, knowledgeable, and very pleasant. All of my interactions with those two have been outstanding. They always make me feel good, and I know when they say/do something it is done correctly. I have great confidence in them based on my interactions. Secure Storage checks all of my boxes for a truly well run business, that I want to use for my storage needs. If you are looking for a storage facility with outstanding amenities that exhibits honestly and integrity, look no further.

Tom and Mike are the nicest people and helped me 100% with all my needs to make a smooth transition from my storage pod into their facility. The facility itself is so clean. It’s a great feeling knowing your are dealing with a family owned company that cares. I really can’t say enough about how nice these two gentlemen are. if you’re looking for a clean, safe and friendly place to keep you belongings, look no further, this is by far the best place to keep them. Tom even makes a great cup of coffee. 🙂
