The facility itself is great. Clean, temperature controlled, easy to access. For that I rate 5 stars. The gradual increase in rates is annoying. A storage unit shouldn’t be $100 one month and then $500 2-years later. It’s a stupid game. Give me a fixed rate option. Jen is great. She is nice, reasonable, and competent. Herb is the problem. He created issues and errors every step of the way with me moving into a new unit. These issues have taken a month and half to resolve, during which he frequently acted like he did not know what was going on (even though he had been the only one that I had spoken with), I had to repeat the story of issues over and over, he would not return my calls, denied that I ever moved into the unit (even though I signed the papers with him), and then had the audacity to tell me I’m delusional. He should not make jokes in the office about his ex wife because I bet getting away from him was the best thing to ever happen to her. I hope I never have to deal with him again. He is gross inside and out and he is bad at his job. To be clear, the issues that came up are annoying, but the way he treated me and the lack of care and response is the issue I have.
