Easy!
I lived that the doors are automatic once you enter the codes. Having CARTS to help me bring my stuff in!? That is so nice. Very clean. Doesn't smell bad. No complaints.

Everything worked out well. The space and process were good. The booking process had a few kinks that prevented me from completing my contract online, but the office staff got me taken care of.

Moved son out of dorm room
The school year has ended for my son's 1st year of college. I needed somewhere to store his items that he will take back with him to college next year as we live in Atlanta, GA...quite a hike to Elgin, IL. Judy was sooooo helpful. She walked me through EVERYTHING over the phone prior to my arrival and answered all of my questions. She was AMAZING, and it turned out to be a very smooth transaction and experience. If looking for a clean well kept storage facility, choose CubeSmart. You won't regret it.

Sandra SchneidwindThe Elgin location has several locations in the same vicinity but the tell you your facility is actually their office and no storage. Your actual facility is on their "site map" which is an attachment on your email which is in small writing and semi covered by your phone after 2 moves and costing me countless extra moving expenses they said ok and? That said beautiful facility. Also I was told by other employees ya you're not the only person. But they refuse to notify corporate for an easy fix. Seems so simple.
