She's incredibly dependable, and I always feel totally confident when I send customers her way. Property clean for it to be only her working all the time. I gotta give credit where credit is due. The company is an A Plus company. Laquisha the manager there is 100% the best professional person that I've ever encountered. She is very attentive, kind, friendly, and just an overall a genuine person. The establishment is well kept up and for that I would recommend anyone. Thank you for all you do Laquisha!

The facility is difficult to get in touch with on the phone. Goes to voicemail. I left a message about a unit I rented and then I was told I needed to move because it was rented to somebody else. I was told they didn't get my message on the phone. Back to again the front end could be run much more effectively. She's a very nice person and maybe your phone system isn't set up properly to address my issue about renting and then having to move to another spot.

Be prepared to move your things into your unit without a cart. There are never any carts available to move your things. I moved storages back in July 2025 and was informed by management that were only 4 carts available for all the tenants to use but more carts were being ordered. It is now November 2025 we are all still sharing 4 carts. Sometimes when I go to my storage, I have to wait 30 minutes to an hour to use a cart. Or other times, I transport my things on my own. I have asked management several times about more carts being needed and I’m always met with the same excuse, “we ordered more carts but they haven’t come yet.”
