Ease of reservation and great customer service.
I reserved my unit online. I recieved a phone call to touch base and co firm my reservation. They left the office hours and ohone number on my voicemail. The internet was not running properly when I went to fill out paperwork but I was greeted with a calm, cool manner and apologies for the situation. She was professional and worked as quickly as she could. Very pleased.

Not happy at all have used this storage before about 2 years ago and had 0 problems or have to pay insurance because I know I didn't cause I had stuff get damaged and they couldn't do anything about it from whatever from leakage thru the sides and roof and come back to get it again after doing research of different storages and the best prices and on website says one thing and then get there and it's that price for first 3 months then they raise it to 120? Are you kidding me you can def get cheaper units for less than that and they don't require insurance at all... So needless to say this is false advertisement and after my 3 months is up and I will not be paying the 120.
Kathryn HufeldWas a customer for 4 years had my storage broken into, belongings stolen. Lock was cut off. I was the third person that I'm aware of this happened to. Insurance paid nothing 4 years of $9 a month for nothing for insurance. Would never recommend them. Went through hard times got behind on bills always paid them in full eventually. $600 in auction fees for things that never went to auction.
