storage company made my part very easy.
I was not on site when my vehicle was transported to storage site, and the entire transaction was handled very well.

The rep I spoke with via phone was really great. She proactively provided super helpful information regarding no contact entry and sign up. The process to download the app and getting access code was easy and painless. I love the drive up entry and there's a closing time to access the storage facility.

She was incredibly patient and made sure I was completely taken care of before we got off the phone. At one point, I thought I had everything handled—but nope! I ended up having an issue with a reservation. Just a couple of minutes later, Rhonda called me because she saw my reservation come through and noticed that what I selected wasn’t actually available. She offered to walk me through it again and helped me fix everything. Rhonda was super helpful. Honestly, she is top tier. I’ve had multiple calls with different people at Public Storage, and Rhonda has been the most helpful by far. I really appreciate how much she seems to enjoy her job — and if she doesn’t, she sure knows how to come across like she does.
