I got my first storage unit on a last-minute urgency with Extra Space! I was moving, and I realized very late on a Saturday that i was not going to be able to move everything that day. The person on the phone was so helpful and was able to find a storage for me on the spot. I drove 20 mins before closing of the main office, and we were able to get our storage unit within minutes. I was able to safely go in and out of my unit in the 3 weeks i was there without any problem. I recently moved out of the storage unit, and with the moving and everything going on, i completely forgot to communicate to them that i no longer needed it. They understood and closed everything for me with no issues. I really appreciate the nice experience. I would definitely store with them again if i ever need it.
