Worst experience ever. I called and asked the height of the unit and was told 9 feet in the photo it’s 8 feet I asked if the unit was big enough to accommodate a 9 foot piece of furniture that is solid wood and I was told it would work but as you can see it from the photos the door is not big enough And the space isn’t big enough to swing it in at an angle and if you really look at the pictures you can see that the space is not really 5‘ x 10‘ because they count the space which is blocked by the framing of the unit even though it’s not usable space so I was welcomed at 1:30 and I canceled by 3:30 I’d already started moving stuff in and I ended up moving it back out they offered me a larger unit for an exorbitant rate much higher than what I could’ve rented it online and was unwilling to meet the online price even though I initially started this online and they also refused to give me my money back even though I only used the space for two hours and was given bad information. Regretfully I did not measure before I signed. I don’t recommend using public storage because it’s false advertising and they don’t stand by their product.

Karla is amazing at what she does. Went above and beyond for me. I was honestly going to vacate my storage space because of the constant price increases. She found be a similar space for a fraction of the cost. When I called customer service they told me they didn’t have anything for me or any better rates for me and were basically okay with losing a customer of 3 years. Karla called me as soon as she saw I was vacating and offered me several solutions. Karla needs a raise, shes an asset to the company and this location!
