I then arrived on site and met with the office associate, Kirk . He was ever so helpful and kind, making sure that I was able to access everything I needed via the app as well as How to use the key keypad for entrance and make a plan for our POD drop off for unloading. So far my experience has been nothing but five star.
Kari SmithWe rented a unit in Meridian, ID for almost three years. The facility is so clean. We haven't had any problems with bugs or rodents which is hard to find in outdoor storage. Staff has been friendly and great to work with. We love the gate access through the app. Definitely a good value too. We will seek out Extra Space locations if we ever need a storage in the future. Edited to add: We only had one or two small price increases in our three years. All of which gave us about a month notice. It never seemed unreasonable to me, especially when comparing to other areas storage facilities.
Tony KneselFairly clean. Had a bout with spiders and brought it up to the property manager and was told, “we spray.” I would use them only if you need storage for a couple months max. Long term this is not a good option. They constantly raise the price. It’s actually pretty ridiculous the increases they do. If they hadn’t raised the price so high and so often, I would’ve given them 4/5 stars.
