Amazing experience, A Service
It was easy to rent a unit. The employee not only gave me a map of the facility, he went out of his way to take me to my unit and make sure I knew how to use the app. The facility is clean, no weird smells. Access available 24/7. Hand cart at every entrance available for use. Very secure, with security cameras all over. Highly recommend!
Easy Move In
The few complexities that came with move in, figuring out paperwork and the app was remedied quickly by eager to help staff. Good location and fair price.

I was very pleased to be able to secure the storage unit for my child while being in another state and all over the phone. I also appreciate that I can control the until from an app and grant access as needed through the app as well. You can also monitor all access through the app. I highly recommend! It was very convenient and at a great price!

Crystal StroudExtremely nice facility, secure units. Wouldn't recommend using the facility bathroom to go to the jacksons across the street. It's nice to be able to use your phone to access not only the entrance but your unit via the app. I will say the only con to the state of the arc lock system is that sometimes it has trouble connecting to your app via Bluetooth, and you need wifi or data to access it, in some areas you might have a poor signal making it mildly difficult for your app to connect. The bathrooms are maintained by the facility staff, which are only there probably 3 days a week, but then you have the people who don't clean after themselves and leave a disgusting mess.
Timothy OosOnce I figured out all the Bluetooth door locks, this place is perfect! Could use a couple more carts sitting around to wheel items from the car to the storage room.
