Best Storage place in Warner Robins Lisa and staff very attentive. They’re always are there to help you. Prices are very reasonable and it’s the cleanest storage facility in the area. They deserve 5++ the climate is always perfect. They play the best music through out the storage building.
Jay RLooking for a safe storage solution. Came across the location to solve my storage problems. Lisa greeted me upon entering and was very pleasurable. She was also very polite and knowledgeable of the storage facilities. Lisa also stepped me through the contract after showing me the space. She also instructed me on the new securing systems and additional security that offer. I was extremely please with her service and storage solution offered. Would definitely recommend this location for your storage.
james durhamPlease don’t get hammed up by the five star rating. These units are way too expensive. When I first purchased this unit back in May 2023 my rent was roughly $118.00 as of today September 5th;I am paying $153.00for a medium size storage unit+ $15 insurance(same size unit) . this location also is not clean and the elevators or doors are always out of service and or not working. there are plenty other storage units that are climate control in the area that are cheaper for bigger spaces. Do you research before you sign a lease with this particular location .manager also can be a little rude at times despite all of these good reviews .I’m sure they had other people to submit for them.

She greeted me at the front door and made me feel like I’ve known her for years. She made sure I had everything in order online and that I knew the important procedures in using the facilities. It was so nice to get this service! I was transferring my belongings from another storage across town who had significantly increased their monthly rates and eliminated the personal customer care by installing a virtual assistant to remotely assist customers. Big Mistake!
