Self Move In
Even though I came after business hours, the customer service I received from the front desk via phone was definitely top tier. She walked me through step by step what was needed to do and how I could locate my storage unit on my own. The unit was clean and the padlock I payed for was inside the unit as expected. I would recommend this storage facility to my friends and family if they were ever in need of the extra space.

LeMans MebaneWow, shoutout to Manager Tyler king of excuses! I’ve filed multiple complaints, but apparently, “we’ll look into it” is just the company’s version of “we’re doing absolutely nothing.” Impressive consistency! I even talked to some of the drivers who park in the back, and surprise they’ve had the same issues. People are parking wherever they feel like because there are literally no lines. And the few lines that do exist? Crooked, faded, or just straight-up sad. One person told me not only did they ignore requests to repaint or fix anything, but they also raised the prices claiming the spaces are now “larger.” That’s adorable considering the lines are barely visible and half the spots look like abstract art. I’ve told them this isn’t right or fair business practice, but clearly fairness isn’t in the playbook. One guy even suggested they’re hiking prices just to push us out so we’ll stop complaining. Honestly? Wouldn’t be shocking at this point. Might be time to let the local News Investigator take a look because we’ve had more than enough of this mess.
