Great Storage Facility!
This is an awesome place to store your belongings. Customer service is great as well as the price! Best decision I could have made picking a storage unit!

Ms. Cheryl is awesome. as I addressed the on-going issues I have been having with the storage account, she took each problem one at a time to ensure that what could be done was done. She was extremely helpful. The major issue is that since Chattooga Storage has gone with an outside source for rental accounting, instead of keeping it simple and having the due dates set up on the 1st of each month ( as I had had it with the actual company) they took it upon themselves to assign a different date that is impossible to pay by. Then, even after I stated I did not want insurance, they charged me $12.00 per unit. And because the due dates were so out of whack, I was being assessed with late charges. My husband pays for these two units and he is on a fixed income which is only received on the 3rd of each month. This issue has been on going since May of 2025. We have spoken with 5 other customer service people who promised to "correct the problem", yet here we still are. Ms. Cheryl was the only one who actually tried to really "hear" how this problem was impacting us. So again, Ms. Cheryl is awesome...the management company that processes the rental issues - they are way below subpar performance.
