First let me say Maria is a very kind woman and associate. She did a great job receiving my documents, entered online, to copy and enter into my record. Prior to my being blessed to work with Maria, however, I had to deal with another worker who threatened to cancel my reservation simply because I completed my registration and payment online, having been sent a link by the company to do so. My impression is 1) that worker has no business in customer service. Period. She was wildly unprofessional, demeaning, and insulting and spoke over me over the phone. 2) since the company requires documents to be brought in in-person, they should not send automatic links for customers to fill out registration and submit payment online, ESPECIALLY if they are going to employee such off the chain workers!

Regina SpruielSmooth and easy, at 1st I was met with an attitude and aggravation from the employee or manager, not sure of her title. I arrived 15 minutes to close because I was coming an hour away, and traffic in Atlanta is always INSANE and unpredictable, she said she had paperwork to do and basically didn’t want to make time for me. But I kept my cool, she showed me my unit, it went smooth after that. She felt bad and apologized
