I had an amazing experience with Devon Self Storage! I just recently moved to Atlanta and was needing to find a unit that could efficiently and affordably store my things; and this location did just that! I really appreciated Tariek’s, part of management, efficiency and honesty throughout the rental process; it would’ve been a nightmare without him! I highly recommend this location to anyone looking!
LexAbsolutely, horrible, the worst.\n I was told basically, no, there was nothing they could do. Basically had the nerve to say that, my locker was still accessible that they could just take me off of autopay. If I weren't that done, yeah, of course, I want you to take me off. I rented the room at 10 9 30 on Christmas Eve and it never generated me a code. They assured me after calling them multiple times as they kept calling a manager after every 30 minutes. No one ever got back in touch with me. I finally got back in touch with someone today finally got in touch with them. And after all of this and all that inconvenience, there's to refund me my money, ridiculous, don't use these people, they took what little bit of money I had.

This place is a hidden gem, the lady helped me and she is very professional and courteous, I don’t know why anyone would rate this facility less then a ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️There are no bugs, No roaches or rats! The parking lot is clean of debris, no trash in sight, the floors are swept clean, glass doors clear and clean. Climate control! I’m happy!
