Top notch facility with top notch staff. Clean, well maintained, easy to access but secure. Do yourself a favor and setup the app for accessing the gates.

I use CubeSmart for my storage needs for my small business and I cannot say enough good things about the company and particularly this location, run by Angela McCoy. She is on top of her business at all times, is always friendly and cheerful and knows I am a repeat customer so she treats me as a VIP. Easy peasy
Itﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s not the closest facility to me, but itﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s worth a little extra drive. Owner is very pleasant to deal with and, even though I didnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t get my first choice type of unit(not available), I like the unit I gotﾃ｢竄ｬﾂｦa lot. Just a great facility all the way.

Wild Run
Horrific experience. Took and never refunded unused small unit for 78 year old nana w alzheimer. Literally said would refund her and did not and lied and said was bank’s fault. We rented and Did the whole “first month free” Gimmick they do. Within 4 days we realized she was not going to have enough clarity to rent and sort. They said would partially refund the unused unit and the “free month” Which was actuallu $69 due to &29 admin $16 ins and $19 lock and tax etc. They made us go by 3 times. And we Called 6 times. Then lied and said issued refund and bank didnt give it to us. Can u imagine taking someone’s social security money like that on fixed income?! Truly the worst customer service. FYI: We used extra space storage and space shop this past year for our own move. THOSE places were amazing ! Even helped us figure out her things too.

T EdgeBate and switch type of business. 3 month customer and already price increased so make sure you read the other reviews that points this out as well. Previous owners were awesome. Find a locally owned storage company. Other customer complaints just look for them. Seems this is common with this company.Read past the good reviews. Other reviews say multiple price increases has happened. Not happy. Business owner here and if I did this to my customers id expect bad reviews and loss of business. Shop for local companies. Learn from my experience
