STAY AWAY! I highly recommend you DO NOT use this facility. Your belongings will not be secured like they try to make you believe. The only working security camera is at the front gate. Not only do they not work but they’re even painted over. So when the facility got broken into and DOUBLE DIGIT storage units got burglarized (including mine) the police could not pinpoint exactly who did it like they should’ve been able to. I found my storage unit an absolute disaster around 8:30am in the morning and the police could not contact management and get someone out there until 3:00pm. So clearly there’s no sense of urgency even when there is a major issue taking place at their facility. I still haven’t received my belongings and most likely never will. Unless you plan on using the unit as a dumpster you’re wasting your time. I’d also like to add that I just saw they responded to another victim of the break in’s review and they said they take security very seriously. That’s a blatant lie. Also my wife has tried contacting them via email and phone calls. She has yet to get a response. Would you look at that another blatant lie. They won’t answer phone calls or emails I bet they don’t even get back to me in this review. Or I’m getting the generic “we’re sorry for the inconvenience”

I secured a storage unit online and it was so easy! The rates are all posted so you can easily compare and they gave me the first month for free PLUS a combination lock! As I said, I was able to do everything online and it took less than 10 minutes to complete everything! 10 federal emailed me the codes I will be using along with the rental agreement, with everything in a PDF ready to print format! They also sent a map with my unit highlighted so I can easily locate it! So far, I am so pleased that I chose 10 Federal for my storage needs at the last minute! I completed everything and the unit was available to me the very next day!

I was looking for a small unit just to store my extra clothes in until I go through them and the lady answered my call with no problem and took me straight to the point and helped me she was very professional and knew exactly what she needed to do to help me at that time she gave me my codes for the gates and the unit at the same day and I had access to the unit right away I highly recommend her to anyone I no she is such a sweet lady .

I wish that I could give them zero stars.My storage unit was broken into and I had many items my late husband gave me were stolen.The management team could not disclose to me when my unit was broken into.Also , according to the police, there were seven or eight other units broken into.I removed the few things that were left that same day.If you rent from them, you had better check your unit.They will continue to take your money and provide you with inadequate security.You will not get a straight answer from them and they will give you the run-around.They are very unprofessional! Someone reached out after I posted this to tell me to contact them directly.Herein lies the problem.You can't contact anyone with any answers.I asked them, since they call themselves a secure facility, when was my unit broken into ? I was to by a generic person that they could not divulge that information.They became even more useless after that.They even had the nerve to give me and the two deputies who responded a bogus number that was supposed to put us in touch with a manager.They are completely unscrupulous.
