I HAD A SPARE ROOM FULL OF DECORATION I NEEDED SPACE BAD
I GIVE A 10 FOR APPLYING, GETTING MOVE IN INSTRUCTIONS AND VERY CLEAN. I WAS CALLED TO CONFIRM THAT EVERYTHING WAS ALL GOOD AND THEY WERE EXCELLANT. I RATE STARS

Very helpful,I was working and the young took all my info over the phone. We had no problems from there. Thank you for all your kindness.
No one around
The unit is fairly priced and the grounds are very clean. The one drawback is there is no staff on grounds nor is it possible to contact someone. All of the phone numbers are disconnected or the phone system sends you to a loop never connecting with anyone. The only way to get a person is to message from the website and wait for someone to get back to you.

The gate code I was given did not work. No one mentioned using a star or pound in the number. The storage building was not labeled and the And the locks did not work.No staff available on weekends.

I had a wonderful experience on the phone with Sarah. She helped me with all my needs to rent a storage unit. She explained everything in detail on the pricing and where my unit is located. She explained the hours and code for the gate and the combination for my lock. Sarah was very pleasant to speak with and offered to meet with me if needed to help me at any time understanding that this was all new to me. Very explanatory with ease. Thank you Sarah !!
