The facilities were very neat and clean. We didn’t like how you enter the gate that 3 or more vehicles had time to piggyback behind you. Communication with the staff as far as moving thins out for a relative that has passed away. I called a year ago to obtain information on what paperwork I needed to access the unit. I followed up again a few weeks before I left Delaware and informed the call center what date I would arrive to clear out the unit. Once we rented a truck and drive it from Delaware to Atlanta, upon arrival we were informed that the paperwork had to be mailed to NYC and it could take a week for a response. We were only there for the until the next day. Employees refused to do anything for us as well as the call center. I as a state delegate had to call favors the next day to contact the individual in NYC to expedite the paperwork. It was Tuesday and Christmas was a few days away. Perhaps if they informed me of the process I could’ve faxed or Fedexed the paperwork weeks before our trip.

Id give the entire company negative infinity rating. This company will lie and fakse advertise perks and say no you can't. I was lied to by 5 reps I could pay an extra fee per month for 24 hour access. But when I arrived to sign the contract with a loaded truck I was told I had to be a business to get 24 access. I did not move in yet they kept my $47 initial payment. Its been since February 2, 2026 the refund was requested and have received NOTHING BUT RUN AROUND CRAP. THEY ADVERTISE FALSE INFORMATION AND TELL YOU BOLD LIES.

If your looking for a storage unit this is the place, as a serial storage renter I've had my share of good and bad experiences, and by far Prime Storage is in the great category. Especially with their easy access drive up climate controlled units. To top everything off, the customer service Jay Provided is definitely a 5 star.

I never write reviews, but I had such a great experience with this storage facility I thought I would pass on my opinion. First let me say that I currently have two storage units, one at this location and the other at a different facility also in Marietta. I like Prime Storage because they have kept their rate increases reasonable. I also like that I can reach someone on site to take care of things quickly should I have any problems. The other facility does not have anyone onsite and the only way to get in touch with them is through email for which they rarely respond. They also have much larger rate increases which make them cost prohibitive. To cut down on cost I decided to get rid of some things in these units and consolidate them into one location. I went to Prime to talk to them about moving to a larger unit. The representative on site, Inori, was a great help. I told her I wanted a larger unit and needed to save money. She made some useful suggestions, and I rented the unit she showed me that same day. If you need a storage unit, visit this reliable facility and ask for Inori.
