She is able to successfully navigate extremely busy operating hours and ensures all of her customers are well taken care of. I was very impressed with her professionalism and her great multi-tasking skills. She also is extremely knowledgeable in the Uhaul side of the business and is very skilled in dealing with the trucks and truck rentals. She is an asset to your company.

Rochelle (property manager) has always been ready to assist with any issues that arise to resolve and make sure that everything works out. I personally wish I could find an employee that cared about my customers the way she cares for hers.
