Very Convenient
I have used this facility before and find it extremely convenient as it is located so close to my home. ALSO - the price this time is significantly less. This may be due to the fact that this location is now completely unmanned. However, with the electronic upgrade and video telecom option that hardly makes any difference. I was able to complete my reservation and get all my questioned answered by a live representative via video call. I'd recommend this location with confidence.

The area near my Unit smells like rotten fish. But, the appearance looks clean.
Need more staff
The unit was in a great location and is very responsibly priced. They units are wide, double car easily fits, and it was easy to get in and out with a trailer. The facility is all online once you get your unit which makes it easy for payments. Only concern was the hours itﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s open since they are so understaffed. It was suppose to be open from 9am till 5pm but they share staff with another facility till 12pm so we had to wait till then to collect our unit. They donﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t advertise this online but it is in the door when you arrive. You can also go to their other facility to do set up if needed but we waited and did it there. The staff was very nice and helpful once they were there. I would recommend this place fir the space it provides but also the price, just try to be patient with the facility since they are understaffed.

Convenient, but needed blowing out and spider webs knocked downtown
Cost effective
The unit size was affordably priced. Everything went smoothly except for a little glitch in the process but it was rectified quickly. Elizabeth is a peach; very accommodating and apologetic. The positioning of the gate box is turned oddly. Personally, I would love to see it reposition so you donﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t have to leave your vehicle to punch in codes especially if itﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s raining.

Susan FordKayla has been just awesome at customer service. I've used this location for temporary storage on and off for several years. It's super convenient for items I want quick access to, since I live basically next door in LWW. I also have another extra-large unit (10x20) on New Forsyth Road for my larger items. All the different representatives I've dealt with have been friendly and helpful. However, I do have to say Kayla has been the best. She helped me get the unit I wanted since it was one I had used before. She is quick and profession when I go in the office to make my payments. And she just now saved me from being late with her kind and gentle reminder that payment was due. I really appreciate her professionalism. 5 Stars - Highly Recommend.
