These are awesome ladies! I have stored at several different facilities and I have never had such an experience. Gloria and Amanda are so welcoming and caring. Natashia HollingsMy friends was by far the best I’ve had with any storage. I’ve traveled around over the years between Miami Atlanta, Texas and this is the best storage for real. They’re spacious clean and I love the fact that I can drive my vehicle inside. Don’t even let me start on the customer service I had to switch my orders a couple of times not only with the lady patient. She didn’t make me feel like I was making her frustrated and I know I probably was getting on her nerves. I really appreciate the great customer service. The only downside was the customer rep that I spoke to that was clearly not on site advised me that a lock would be in my storage unit when I got there if I didn’t have one luckily the lady at the actual facility ended up calling me and advised me that it wasn’t one in there but I was able to purchase one for $20 and I did so thank you so much.
