Shy HarrisonI've been having some minor issues when it comes down to me paying with Free up storage in Lagrange with their automated system, BUT they called me to come in so we could resolve the issue. The clerk was very helpful and walked with me every step of the way. They explained my options and what was the best option for me to go. I am a very satisfied customer thanks Free Up storage in Lagrange.
Ms.Cash8806 S.If I could give this location a NEGATIVE 100 I would. Absolutely avoid! The new manager is a nightmare where I had to call the police on her. She even lied to her supervisors and when told to leave us alone by them ,she didnt. She harassed us with calls with no bill due almost weekly. We always paid on time which angered her with no grounds to seize or remove property or try to from our unit placement. Remove your items and find the other storage for Lagrange, she answers to Rebecca (dont even think thats her real name)and is VERY unprofessional. Steer clear, almost a year before she came NO PROBLEMS and 1 month post her arrival our own voluntarily departure due to her trying to get my items in impound. You can't give everyone Management positions and she surely should not have one, with attitude without merit at that! COMPANY TAKE NOTE SHE WILL HURT YOUR BUSINESS. WE FOUND BETTER ELSE WHERE! A V O I D
