I am extremely satisfied with my experience at Prime Storage. From the moment I walked in, I could tell this location takes customer service seriously. The assistant manager, Kam, was outstanding throughout the entire process. He was professional, knowledgeable, and patient as he walked me through every detail. It’s rare these days to find someone who genuinely cares about the customer experience, but Kam consistently went above and beyond. He answered all my questions clearly, made the paperwork simple, and took the time to make sure I chose the right unit for my needs. The way he explained everything made me feel confident and comfortable from the start. His customer service alone is worth five stars. The facility itself is clean, secure, and well-maintained. The units are easy to access, the grounds are kept tidy, and the security features give you peace of mind. Everything felt organized, safe, and professionally managed. Overall, I couldn’t be happier with my decision to store my belongings here. If you’re looking for a storage facility that values its customers, this is the place — and Kam is a major reason why. I had a really good experience with the Griffin location’s office personnel. There was a bit of a billing problem after the first two months, and I was pretty upset. The customer service call center was unable to help me, though the agent was kind, and the customer retention team never called once they were involved. I called Brittany at the Griffin office, and she had the district manager, Jeremy (I think), call me. He was able to work things out for me. The missing star is for the customer retention team for not calling, when they were notified. The local location personnel and the district manager were fantastic. The units are clean and well maintained. The place is secure, with a gate, and a huge amount of security cameras.

I'm very happy with Prime Storage. They offered a good price on a 10x20 unit with two roll up doors and plenty of good security. I'm doing a remodel project and need a place for furniture etc while the project progresses. I'd rent from them again. Everything was handled online and was a breeze. They followed through to make sure I didn't have and problems or concerns.

Britney and Kam were awesome! They treated me and my husband great every time, and Kam was especially helpful in the end on move-out day. We would still be there in the climate controlled unit that served us so well for several years, but God had other plans for us. Thanks guys and have a blessed Christmas season!

Prime Storage is AMAZING! Brittany and Kameron were super helpful and gave me a great tour. As soon as I walked in, everything was clean and spotless — seriously impressive! Their friendliness and hospitality made the whole experience so easy and enjoyable. Highly recommend!
