The exact day I called, I only had to wait 5 minutes to get my storage OVER THE PHONE! I paid online, drove to my location, and had a clean,safe storage waiting on me. When I arrived and opened up my unit, it had the locks and keys I needed! The worker on the phone was great, and the whole experience overall was just fantastic.
Pamela JarrellI would leave a negative star rating if I could. My elderly parents rented a until from them for 6 months. They charged them over $250 per month then went up to $278 without notice. We decided to move them in with me and my husband. Only to find their unit was rat infested. They had to throw out mattresses, clothes, and furniture that was damaged by the rats!!! They are now saying they WILL NOT reimburse them for the damage or loss of their belongings. I have videos and pictures. It's a shame to treat elderly people like this or anyone for that matter.
