IF YOU STORE YOUR BELONGINGS HERE, THEY MAY BE STOLEN. I had two units in opposite sides of the storage facility. They both were broken into. I spoke with other tenants whose units were also broken into. One of my units was broken into twice because management refused to fix the holes the walls that the thieves punched through to get to several units in a row. I eventually moved everything to another facility nearby. I sent a letter to the facility and the corporate office and neither responded.

FyNesse, Khidja, and Khalil were super cool. Thank you for all the help. I had a real cool experience with them, I’ll keep coming back everytime because of the people in the office. The pretty girl with the rainbow glasses was really professional and nice too.

All three of your customers services Representative Keisha, Khalil, Fy*nese rolled out the red carpet for me; I had an easy and friendly experience renting a storage unit for the first time. The first two storage units I call pretty much rushed me off the phone and sounded so uninteresting in my business. Once setting up my reservation online with CubeSmart I received a call right back and they waited on me to get there although it was time to leave for the day. CubeSmart Location: 3831 Redwing Circle, Decatur, GA 30032 My husband and I recently traveled to Atlanta to downsize our storage unit, and what we thought would be a simple one day task quickly turned into a full week of hard work and emotional overwhelm. As two senior citizens facing a monumental job, we could not have done it without the incredible support of management and Khadija the lady who assisted us and her entire staff. From the moment we arrived, they treated us with patience, kindness, and genuine care. They never rushed us, never made us feel like a burden, and consistently went above and beyond to help us navigate a very challenging process. Their professionalism and compassion turned a stressful situation into something manageable, and for that we are truly grateful. We deeply appreciate everything they did for us and highly recommend their services to anyone who needs help—especially seniors who may feel overwhelmed.
