GATES NEVER CLOSED NOT SECURE PROPERTY AS TOLD BUT STILL CHARGED FOR GATES
I was told the gates would be locked and you are paying for this service. However the front gate is wide open at 8am. 9pm. 1am and 6pm but they charge a fee to cover the gates and you are assured that they are closed and it is secure. I have not seen this yet, People can just walk or drive in because there is nothing to stop them from doing so. It is really rough terrain to get to units they need to fill in some the the deep holes. The unit itself was pretty clean and I have made several calls about the gate and no one can seem to solve. You are told this is totally unacceptable and they will let management know but yet the gates are still open and yet you still have a charge a gate to be closed that never is no matter time of day. I just hope no one comes in and decides to be a jerk and steal things from people as there is nothing stopping them.

I currently have 2 storage units at this location. it's a great place for the money. it's very inexpensive and the units are nice.
Natalie AshfordI had a terrible experience with a previous company when it comes to pricing and hidden fees. Being quoted one price, seeing multiple prices on the website, and then when I arrived with all my things to be stored, I was quoted 5 times as much - for admin fees, mandatory insurance, and a lock among those prices - on TOP of being told their price would jump up 4 times as much at any moment so I needed to pay for multiple months up front because. When I called Storage Depot, I immediately asked them about any extra fees or anything that was not listed on their website. They were able to ring me up over the phone and tell me exactly how much it would cost for me to rent a unit. I then went online and paid! It was that easy! No admin fee, no mandatory insurance, and I got a free lock! They were very kind and helpful also. It's also handy because I can unlock the gate and my unit with my phone and the price was great. They do have a security fee, but it's only $5 at this location. I'd recommend them to anyone! 😁
Maren McadamsSave yourself from a headache and do not rent from here. We rented a unit online on Friday August 1st. It was super easy to pay them money but not so easy to get into our unit. They never sent the code to get into the unit itself. We called.. no answer.. we emailed.. no answer. Now it is Monday August 4th.. still no lock code and I have been on hold with their automated system for the last 12 minutes. I tried their chat.. it just sends automatic messages and does not help. There is no one on site to speak to to solve issues… over just a huge pain and not worth it.
