Morris BlackwellStopped in today a few days before my reservation to make sure everything was good to go. There were a few issues with the trailer that U-Haul didn’t disclose but Dyonn made it his priority to make it right and call to verify. Dyonn went above and beyond to make sure everything was laid out on pickup day and pickup locations. Dyonns customer service was top notch and I will definitely use this location again when it comes to needing a U-Haul. Thank you for your assistance and help locating and finding what I need for this reservation.

Had to upgrade my unit size and had a little hiccup doing it through the call center while the Office was closed for the Holidays, nobodys fault. As soon as Dyonn was back in the office he got everything corrected and set up for me as soon as he was able to reach me! You can't beat the pricing and customer service with these guys. Dyonn goes above and beyond for his people any chance he gets!
