Great experience! I reserved my unit online and within minutes Ms Caroline called to confirm! Extremely friendly and personal, the office area was well maintained and my unit was available immediately and cleaned!! Caroline answered all my questions confidently, help to get my app set up quickly and showed me where my unit was!! So far I would definitely recommend Caroline and this storage facility!!

She is always polite and has smiles every time I have come into the office and speaking to her on the phone has also been a pleasant experience. I hope she stays in this office always. I have had a unit here for several years and have met all that has come before Ms. Carolyn have been very nice but she just seems to be way more so than the others.
