My choice to go with a climate controlled facility has been so awesome. Extra space has been such a clean facility and I feel safe even when visiting late nights and early mornings. They have great customer service as well.
Kristi RabinskasThe process of renting the storage unit went smoothly over the phone. What didn’t go so well was on the day of moving stuff in, we couldn’t find our unit(we did not receive a map or instructions) and then when we finally found it and opened the door, there was no welcome kit which would have the lock. Since it was well after hours, we called customer service and she told us to walk around until we found a unit with a welcome tag that had a black bag inside. That ended up being an ordeal until we finally found one. The lady from customer service tried calling the site manager but they didn’t answer. All said and done we had to rush to get our stuff moved in since it was almost 10:00pm.

I had 3 units total and still have 1 unit left there. For the military I would definitely recommend you all using this facility as I have had times times when I had to call due to special circumstances because I’ve been suffering from pancreatic cancer for 4 years and placing my entire household in a safe place was and had been a priority for me. Extra space storage will take care of you. I am retired military having spent 24 years on active duty and I’ve always paid attention to who service us the best. You won’t lose with extra space storage. I thank all 3 of these employees for helping me.

She has amazing personality and Extremely friendly, hard working and knowledgeable with her job. She deserves a raise!!
