Easy online booking, support is easy to get, new and clean unit
Online booking was fast and easy, I ended up with a new unit which was not on the map yet so I did have to contact support about that. I also rented it after hours and needed immediate access so wanted 24 hour use but when you initially sign up that is not included. You must contact them to add 24 hour access so if you're trying to move in immediately when you book online after hours, you will not be able to access until the following day. Overall, I'm very happy with it so far and staff there is very nice.

At first I had a hard time figuring out how to get in the gate and had a hard time finding my unit but they were very very helpful in accommodating.

I’ve had units with Midgard since April of 2024. They have been wonderful to work with, whether I needed another unit or needed to process ending the use of a unit while keeping other units. The Midgard automated system is easy to use, and the live help has been kind and helpful every single time. At one point, Midgard upgraded how they do their locks, and it was a true upgrade that simplified the locks for users and management. A special call out to Reyanna with Midgard who found multiple solutions for me today as I needed to close out one unit and extend the lease on one unit while I’m no longer in state.

You can tell she actually cares about the people who rent here, not just the job itself. It's rare these days to find someone who goes out of their way to make sure you're taken care of, but Wendy does exactly that. She keeps the place clean, organized, and safe, and she's always on top of things. I honestly feel better knowing she's the one running the office.
