Great place, friendly employee!
I highly recommend this place. As a new storage facility I am impressed with how smooth my move in was and how nice they were. You cannot beat the price anywhere and convenience!!
Great customer service
The customer service is spectacular. Barbara is amazing, she is very helpful and was willing to answer all my questions. The pricing online it said first month free and 25 dollar admin fee but the admin fee was 29 dollars so i was a little upset cause with insurance it came 41 dollars for the first month. But I like that it is climate controlled, it was very cool in the building and storage unit. I do think if i would have shopped around a little more i could have found better pricing but i was in a bind and Barbara was so kind to answer all my questions. The customer service really does make the company and Barbara is one of a kind.

Bonnie ABooking online was easy, facility was easy to find and is very clean. Carts provided for moving in and out. Price was reasonable. Pain points- the email we received gave us a "gate code"- there is no gate. It was actually the code for the door. However, you don't just enter your code, there are extra buttons that must be pushed. Thankfully an exisiting customer was there and was able to help. This facility isnt listed on the Bluetooth app that the welcome email suggests- the units also do not have Bluetooth access, they are locks. Which is fine, we appreciated finding a lock provided for us. Customers can likely avoid this confusion by booking on site and speaking with an actual employee.
