One of the best storage facilities in northeast Atlanta! Stellar service and exceptional customer care. Sydney is amazing! She is very thorough and makes sure she takes care of her customers! She shows compassion when dealing with frustrating customers and tries her best to troubleshoot and problem solve. She makes sure that the customers leaves satisfied and every box is checked! R HarrisLove the facility and the staff is usually very nice! However to raise rent without notifying the tenants is extremely unfair! And to raise it 20 dollars more a month. I say stay away folks! Find a place that doesn’t increase your rent randomly without explaining they are doing so any why! I’ve had my storage for a year and the rent has gone up twice! I can’t wait to move my things elsewhere.
Melissa KellerClean facilities, friendly staff. We expected price increases due to reviews and staff was forthcoming that they do happen as well. Based on previous reviews, it seemed like reasonable increases to us, but our bill was raised $46 (from $61-107) after only 5 months. That is a 75% increase in rent at once. While we understand costs increase, a 75% increase unfortunately does seem predatory. A shame, because everything else about this facility is excellent, and it is a pain to move items.
