Great move in experience!
The lady who checked us in was so nice, informative and quick! I would def recommend!
Great service but time consuming
I couldn't complete the application online, despite spending 20 minutes with telephonic support - had to complete the application upon arrival at the physical storage. At the physical storage, the process took another 10 minutes to complete. Compared to other storage companies, this is way too long. All costs should be made transaparent upfront like compulsory insurance and admin fee.

StephanieI like where this facility is located. I also like that they offer coffee and cookies. Charles did a good job going over the contract. Why I gave 3 stars, the floors on the 3rd floor where my unit is, needs to be swept. I'm anal about cleaning. It appears that's not being done, or done frequently. Please start sweeping and sanitizing the floors and the elevator. It matters. The office has a slight smell of a gym. Other than that it's decent.
