If I could leave 0 stars I would. This place is a Scam. When you tour the property they tell you how safe it is and all cameras work which is LIES! They raise prices without any heads up. The property manager lives on site and sneaks around stealing your belongings. Then when you ask for the cameras to be viewed to find out what happened they will tell you all the cameras don’t work. I literally left my U-Haul in front of my unit to go buy a lock and was gone 15 minutes and came back to my 400.00 dollar dolly and other items on the U-Haul missing. They will not let you use the insurance they charge you for. Excuses, excuses! I DON’T RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!
Tyson SaylorsMy furniture was being ruined by mice in the unit. I tried to use the insurance from the company and was denied with excuses and profanity. The property manager Mark who lives on the premises is a rude, disrespectful, unprofessional guy who will lie to the owner for his own good. The guy should be fired for the way he behaves when no one is looking. This place needs to shut down. I do not recommend.
