Excellent customer service! In this case new management does make a difference! Wanted to upgrade to another unit, the staff answered all my questions, did not pressure to make a decision and encouraged me to look over the unit & compare pricing before signing anything! I will highly recommend CubeSmart Athens for great value and service!
Brandon KellyBait and switch! They front load reviews by giving you a QR code upon move-in, which they heavily push. I moved into a unit there in January. My card didn’t get added to their system due to an error. They couldn’t even tell if the initial fee payment went through. They then charged me a late fee, which they refused to abate for the month, in which, it was charged. This morning I received notice there would be a 21% increase in the unit rental. I’ve only occupied the unit for 2 months! If lived locally, I would move out today. Don’t waste your efforts. Find somewhere else!
