Wow is all I have to say I've had things in storage at five or six storage businesses in local areas and by far is this better than any I've used previously. The customer service in the following was great the lady in the office was super sweet the facility is spotless plenty of room to back the truck in for those of us who don't have great experience at that lock the gate with a code always a plus and then the prices were lower than everybody else around

Brandon KDO NOT BOTHER. WE HAD STUFF HERE FOR BARLEY 3 MONTHS AND EVERYTHING IS COVERED IN MOLD!! I have had several storage units, never climate controlled, stored for YEARS not months and NEVER had issues anywhere. Extremely disappointed. Such a waste of money and now I’m having to replace my furniture because with three young kids I refuse to move mold infested furniture into our new home. Oh and don’t even get me started on the cockroach infestation. Save your money and go elsewhere!! The hassle we are having to endure because we chose to store our stuff here, wasted $875 for three months and now have to extend our truck rental just to get things disinfected in the midst of our move.
judy reevesThey charge you insurance and every year they say it goes up. We should be able to decline it but they won't let you. If you're 1 day late they charge you late fee not just for that month but every month. I've been with them 4 yrs and I think 1 time late only for a few days. Started out at 160 and now it's almost 300

Gate access 7 am till 10 pm online billing accts that text you updates and monthly charges and payments notifications
E LausterI've had the contents of my entire home in a climate controlled unit (A bldg.) since Dec. '21. Today I was able to move into my home. It was a great feeling to see that there was no water damage to anything. I also saw no sign of rodents taking up residence in my unit. The staff was always helpful. Access to & from was easy. No one ever tampered with my unit. The experience was great. I'll be thankful for the extra money next month, but I'm also thankful that my belongings are undamaged! Thank you!
