Acworth Storage took great care of us for many years. Kelly and the rest of the crew were always friendly, polite, and professional, and they made sure to keep the facility clean, safe, and secure. A few important things to note: 1. They never raised our rates. 2. They have some of the best - if not the best rates in the area. 3. They have 24/7 controlled access and are staffed during the day. 4. Move in and move out was completely hassle free. I highly recommend! If we ever need to store stuff in the future, we’ll definitely be going back.

Wayne SteakleyYou got to watch these people. They will steal from you. I was 14 days( H ad transportation problems at the time) behind on my bill. Came in paid it~ and paid the next month in advance.. . Gotta ride and try to access my storage room 7-8 days later.. . My account wasn't even in the system.. . And they'd moved all my stuff and locked it up and stole it. My landscape equipment I use to take care of myself and my family.I took that very personally but I would but I was in bad need of a ankle fusion surgery so they got me~!!! Wanted to take them to court and sue them.. . I was very down due to my catastropic injury.. . Now i'm fixed( Emery orthopedic and spine) And back up to Full speed , but they stole from me~ plan and simple~ People kick you when you're down~AMEN~!!! In the report they said I was sleeping in my unit.. . found out a year later.. .THAT WAS A TOTAL LIE~!!! There unscrupulous at best.. . Do not rent from them~!!! They will get you the first chance they get.. . All this happened just before the pandemic hit.. .

The gentleman at the office was incredibly friendly and helpful, taking the time to make sure I understood everything and answering all my questions. The facilities themselves are very clean and well-maintained, which I really appreciate. Plus, there are plenty of flatbed carts available, so moving items in and out is easy and convenient. Our storage unit is perfect for our needs, giving us exactly the space and access we were looking for.
