Super clean and very friendly office staff! Mike and Trish were amazing at answering questions and working together. I never saw either stop moving just making the place spotless. Highly recommended and will definitely be telling my friends!
Save yourself the headache and avoid this place. Rented a unit in May at a promotional price. When signing up everything appeared to be great. All forms were electronic and they even have an app to use for access to the unit. But then three months later they raised the rate to DOUBLE of what I was paying. Conveniently they don’t send you the notice of increase by text or email. They mail it to you on a postcard that looks like junk mail. Either way, as soon as I saw the charge for double the amount I called the office and spoke with the manager Mike. He agreed to lower my rate to 76 so that it would just be a 10$ increase and would reverse the charges for the larger amount that I had been charged. I advised them that once I saw the reversal in my account I would call back to pay the new agreed amount. This was on Tuesday 9/9. By Friday 9/12 there was still no reversal showing in my account. I once again called Mike and he advised that I there was nothing he could do about the late fee I was going to be charged. Refused to give me any information of who I could call to escalate the issue with. When I went a few hours later to the storage unit with my husband we discovered that he had restricted our gate access. I went in the office again to speak with him and this time miraculously while my husband was there he said he was about to call me because he was going to be able to waive the late fee. Gave me a card with a gate code to manually access the gate over the weekend in hopes that all would be resolved by Monday. We were able to access our unit manually at the gate Saturday but then come again Sunday our access had been removed. We called customer service only to be told that even if they gave us access we still wouldn’t be able to access our unit as there was a note on my account that it had been double locked by management. Mind you at this point my account is only 5 days late and I have communicated with them multiple times. I went in today 9/15 and Mike is playing crazy saying that I should have had gate access all weekend. Flips the screen and tada it says I don’t in fact have gate access. I paid the prorated amount left and advised him I was emptying my unit effective today. I proceeded to empty my unit and upon finishing moving the last few items I asked the lady that works there that was literally just walking around the second floor to inspect the unit with me and she refused to do so. I took my video of the unit for proof that it was in the same condition it was given to me and went to get my move out receipt from Mike. Amazingly enough. I promptly got both a text and email confirming my move out. But when it comes to that rent increase I was told by Mike that it can ONLY be sent by mail and they don’t have a way of sending it electronically. Shady and unprofessional are just two of the choice words I would use for this place. Also, to make note that they can’t even properly upkeep the property. To get to the handicap space you have to go through all the overhanging tree branches. Save yourself the headache of having to haggle with them every few months when they decide to raise your rent.
Some good friends of mine are older and relocated down to Florida. They were down sizing and were in need of extra storage. I want to thank the gentleman, Mike, for taking such good care of them. It's right in line price wise with other storage units in the area, we like climate control so this unit worked well for us. The business was easy to deal with, people very nice and every time they raised the price I just called my local office and got it reduced back down. Very easy to get to and move around. Good company. I would use them again if I need them.
I have been renting at this location from around when they first opened till now. I have had the best experience renting from them and I have had multiple different sized units during this time. I had zero hassle changing the size, if I was ever late, they called me, which is super nice. They don’t have to do that! The facility is always clean, their lights are on sensors, the AC is cold, and they fumigate regularly. The office staff is always polite and I really appreciate their customer service. I highly recommend this place, Mike has been good to me, you can rest assure your things are safe here!
